Boeufhaus is the coalescence of Old World culinary techniques and contemporary style. Owned by Chef Brian Ahern and Jamie Finnegan, it discreetly opened April 9, 2015 — not with fanfare, but as a sincere gesture to neighbors and local foodies first.

We serve responsibly raised animals and artisanal house-made products, with a seasonally evolving menu built on the conviction that indulgence and integrity are not mutually exclusive. Our goal is simple: satisfy varied cultural appetites, and give you a continuously remarkable experience.

FEE

Effective July 2024, a 22% service fee is applied to all bills and distributed directly to our hourly team — front of house and back of house alike. Any additional gratuity goes to the front-of-house team who serve you.

We believe everyone has the right to fair working wages, paid time off, and health insurance. This model allows a small independent restaurant to provide for its people. They are exceptional, and they deserve it.
